Shellie Patscheck is a long-time criminal defense and personal injury attorney with deep roots in Farmington and extensive courtroom experience. Her background gives her practical insight into how cases are evaluated, charged, and resolved.

Kenneth Stalter

Founding Attorney

Kenneth Stalter is a Harvard Law graduate and former attorney with the New Mexico Department of Justice. His experience includes complex litigation, insurance litigation, appellate work, and constitutional matters.


Kenneth brings strategic depth to the firm’s criminal defense, civil rights, and serious injury cases, helping ensure that legal arguments are well-developed and resolution-focused.
